🦷 Which Size?
Grinding with no visible tooth wear → 1 mm
Grinding with very light tooth wear → 1.5 mm
Grinding with light tooth wear → 2 mm
Grinding with moderate tooth wear → 2.5 mm
Grinding with heavy tooth wear → 3 mm
👉 Note: First-time night guard users (even with heavy grinding): Start with 1 mm (most comfortable and easiest to adapt to) and increase thickness if needed.
Since 1 mm wears faster, ordering multiple guards reduces replacement cost.
🧩 Hard, Soft or Hybrid?
You have no tooth sensitivity → Hard
You have sensitive teeth → Soft
You have sensitive teeth and need more durability → Hybrid
🌙 Upper or Lower?
