Each guard is carefully crafted to match the shape of your teeth, giving you a more secure and custom feel compared with generic over-the-counter guards.

We send extra impression materials so you can take two impressions. Our lab reviews both impressions and selects the better one to help create the most accurate fit possible.
3-Day Satisfaction Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. After receiving your night guard, you may request a return within 3 days if you are not satisfied with the product.
To remain eligible for a refund, please provide a return tracking number within 3 days of receiving the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. After we receive all guards back, we will process your refund.

🦷 Which Size?
Grinding with no visible tooth wear → 1 mm
Grinding with very light tooth wear → 1.5 mm
Grinding with light tooth wear → 2 mm
Grinding with moderate tooth wear → 2.5 mm
Grinding with heavy tooth wear → 3 mm
👉 Note: First-time night guard users, even with heavy grinding, may prefer to start with 1 mm because it is usually the most comfortable and easiest to adapt to. You can increase thickness later if needed.
Since 1 mm wears faster, ordering multiple guards can reduce replacement cost.
