We send extra impression materials so you can take two impressions. Our lab carefully reviews both impressions and selects the better one to help create the most accurate whitening trays possible.

3-Day Satisfaction Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. After receiving your whitening trays, you may request a return within 3 days if you are not satisfied with the product.

To remain eligible for a refund, please provide a return tracking number within 3 days of receiving the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. After we receive all trays back, we will process your refund.
