Return & Adjustment Policy
Because our night guards are custom-made from your dental impressions, refund eligibility is limited once fabrication has begun. However, we are committed to ensuring a comfortable and functional fit and provide adjustment support as outlined below.
30-Day Adjustment Support
If your guard feels uncomfortable or requires modification, we offer free adjustments within 30 days of delivery to help achieve the best fit.
After 30 days, an adjustment fee of $29 per request applies.
How to Request an Adjustment
Please include the following when sending your guard:

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at:

We will review and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Usage-Related Damage
Damage caused by improper use, modification, or accidents after delivery is not covered.
However, weβre happy to discuss repair or replacement options if needed.
Changes in Dental Condition
Our guards are made based on your dental condition at the time of impression.
If your teeth or bite change, adjustments may not be possible and a new order may be required.
Customer-Provided Impressions
If you submit your own impressions, you are responsible for ensuring they are accurate and current.
Outdated or inaccurate impressions may affect fit, and adjustments may not be possible.
Impression Quality
If impressions are unclear or unsuitable, we may request a new set before fabrication.
In this case, the customer covers:

Product Changes
If you request a change before shipping, we will update your order at no cost when possible.
If requested after shipping, a new order is required.
Adaptation Period
A short adjustment period (3β7 days) is normal.
Minor differences in feel or bite are expected with custom appliances.
